About Adeline

I am a French herbalist currently based in the United States, where my practice continues to evolve through the meeting of traditional European herbalism and modern American community herbal traditions.

My relationship with plants began long before formal training, through cooking, gardening, motherhood, and a deep curiosity about everyday forms of care and resilience.

Today, my work centers around helping women cultivate a more grounded and autonomous approach to wellness through herbal support, education, and practical rituals rooted in daily life.

My practice is shaped by both traditional French herbal perspectives and the rich influence of contemporary American herbalism.

I am particularly drawn to herbalism that feels:

  • practical
  • ecological
  • embodied
  • community-oriented
  • rooted in observation and tradition

Rather than promoting rigid wellness ideals, I aim to offer supportive and sustainable approaches that honor the complexity of women’s lives and bodies.

Outside of consultations, you will often find me experimenting in the kitchen, preparing herbal remedies, spending time in nature with my children, or studying the endlessly fascinating relationship between plants, nourishment, and everyday wellbeing.

Herbalism, for me, is not separate from life — it is woven into the ordinary rhythms of home, family, and community.
