ABOUT
Who Am I?
An herbalist who believes that understanding your body is the first step toward better health.

MY JOURNEY
Hello, I'm Adeline, And I'm Here To Help You Understand Your Body And Build Confidence In It
It all started in 2012, when I was a student and the fourth-generation birth control pill scandal broke. I found myself questioning the impact such medication — which I had been taking for several years already — was having on my body, and what alternatives might exist. From that moment of awareness came many encounters and discoveries that nourished me, and continue to nourish me today. I came to understand that health and well-being are part of a whole-person approach, not a series of symptoms treated in isolation. Following these reflections and experiences, I decided in 2021 to enroll at the École Lyonnaise des Plantes Médicinales, to learn how to care for my body naturally and independently, and to be able to make informed choices about my own health. From there, I felt the need to share this approach with others, so they too could benefit from the practice of herbalism. My two pregnancies, my journey as a woman and a mother, and my commitment to understanding the root cause of a symptom rather than simply masking it, are what lead me today to specialize in women's health, and in the role that nutrition and stress play in our hormones and overall vitality. Today, my work is to pass on what I've learned — through my personal journey, my training at the ELPM, and a daily practice that blends French knowledge with American approaches to herbalism — to give women back the power to choose, and to become truly active participants in their own health and their family's health.

MY COMMITMENT
"My Role Isn't To Decide For You, But To Support You In Choosing With Clarity."
